To register, select your desired class below, complete the form, and pay the registration fee (see tables below for fees). Registration opens for existing students and siblings on 1/7/25 at 7:00 PM, for church members and alumni on 1/9/25 (upon request), and for the public on 1/14/25 at 9:00 AM.

  • Enrollment is online only
  • To enroll and hold a place at PUMC Preschool for the school year indicated above, I agree to pay the NON-REFUNDABLE Registration Fee
  • Tuition is an annual fee, payable online or check to PUMC Preschool. You may choose to pay in 9 monthly installments which are due by the 1st day of each month beginning September 1st and ending May 1st. - A 5% discount is offered to those who pay in full by Sept 1st in the form of a check only.
  • Click here for the online payment portal - Once you arrive at the payment information page, you will need to click "to cover the processing fee"
  • A late fee of $25 will be charged when any payment is received on and after the 6th of the month
  • An insufficient funds fee of $25 will be charged if a check is returned by the bank
  • Full tuition for each month is required regardless of holidays, vacations, illnesses, school emergency closings, or withdrawal. See below
  • I acknowledge my child is immunized in accordance with the requirements of section 5104.014 of the Ohio Revised Code
  • I give permission to PUMC Preschool to use photos of my child in the class book, website, social media and/or other formats for the public
  • I give permission to PUMC Preschool to share our name, address, phone, and email to other parents, staff, and the preschool board
  • **WITHDRAWAL** - School Initiated - We understand that the school reserves the right to, in extreme circumstances, terminate enrollment of any child if in the opinion of the staff: continued attendance would not be in the best interest of either the child or the school, if payments are not maintained current, or if required forms are not provided for the child
  • **WITHDRAWAL** - Parent Initiated - We agree to notify the preschool in writing, as soon as possible, if our child will not be completing the school year. We agree to be responsible for the remainder of the school year if we withdraw in March, April, or May. We understand the registration fee will not be refunded.
